ARE ENVELOPES INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?
Yes, envelopes are included with stationery sets, invitations, announcements, and holiday cards.
CAN YOU INCLUDE A RETURN ADDRESS ON MY ENVELOPES?
Of course! Custom designed return addresses are offered as an add-on to any item, located at the bottom of that page. Please be sure to add the same amount of addresses as the amount of items you are ordering. For example, if you add a set of 20 stationery cards, be sure to add 20 return addresses.
WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU PRINT ON?
All stationery sets and invitations are printed on a matte stock that is 110# cover paper. All announcements and holiday cards are printed on a lux, 100% cotton stock that gives the paper a super soft feel.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
- All invitations, holiday cards, and announcements will ship USPS Priority Mail (typically lands on your door step between 1-3 business days).
- Single stationery sets ship USPS First Class mail and typically take between 2-7 business days.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE?
No. I cannot guarantee a delivery date via USPS.
CAN YOU EXPEDITE SHIPPING?

HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE PACKAGED?
Stationery sets come packaged in a kraft box and clear lid and wrapped with a signature yarn band. Invitations, announcements, and holiday cards will come packaged in a clear box so that they are protected from the elements.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
The items purchased through CW Design are custom made to suit you, so returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is something in your order that you aren’t 100% satisifed with, please reach out to me so I can work it out with you—I want you to love your product!
